At Thedal App, privacy and data protection are fundamental to how we operate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect information while providing our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Thedal App, including candidates, political parties, campaign managers, strategists, organizations, and their authorized representatives.
As a SaaS provider, Thedal App acts as a secure technology platform that enables customers to manage campaign operations and election-related workflows while maintaining strict privacy, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
Website analytics
Our marketing websites use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, page engagement and successful enquiries. Google may process browser and device information, page URLs, referral information and cookie identifiers. Our custom enquiry events identify only the form type; they do not include names, contact details, organization names or message contents. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. You can disable or re-enable website analytics below. Enquiry forms work independently of this choice.
Microsoft Clarity behaviour analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity on our public marketing websites to understand clicks, scrolling and page interactions through heatmaps and reconstructed page replays. Enquiry forms are explicitly masked. We do not send enquiry contents or customer account identifiers as custom tags. Clarity starts in limited mode without analytics or advertising cookie consent; recordings may be limited to individual page views. You may allow analytics session cookies below to support multi-page session measurement. Advertising cookie consent remains denied. You can disable Clarity separately, or disable website analytics above to prevent it from loading. Preference changes reload this page.
Optional Meta marketing tracking
The marketing website uses Meta Pixel by default to measure page views, successful enquiries and selected link clicks for Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information, page URLs and event activity and use cookies to associate activity with its services. We do not send the contents of enquiry fields or political affiliation through our event parameters. You can disable or re-enable marketing tracking using the control below. An existing saved opt-out remains respected. Enquiry forms work independently of this choice.

Data Ownership
All data entered, uploaded, stored, or processed through Thedal App remains the sole property of the customer.
Client Ownership
This includes voter data, booth information, campaign strategy records, survey reports, cadre and volunteer data, and election analytics.
No Unauthorized Access
We do not access, modify, monitor, sell, or use your campaign data without your explicit knowledge and consent. Access may only occur during customer-requested support or where legally required by law.
Encrypted Protection
All sensitive data is protected using strong encryption both during transmission and while stored within our systems, ensuring confidentiality.

Retention & Deletion
Active Accounts
Customer data is retained for the duration of the active subscription to ensure continuous service.
Terminated Accounts
After account termination, data may be retained for up to 30 days for recovery, export, or reactivation requests. After this period, data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized.
Customer Requests
Customers may request immediate deletion of their data at any time, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
Compliance
We are committed to complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including Indian data protection regulations and GDPR principles where applicable.
Our approach follows the principles of lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, and accountability.
